Fear. Danger. Faith.

One family’s journey to reach the United States. The goal with the design was to provide an immersive experience so the reader could get a bit of a feeling of what the journey was like. In addition to the video from the family, I added the colours in the background as you read, to give a sense of which sections were most intense, or scary, or provided them with relief. We illustrated the Darien Gap portion because it wasn’t possible to get video of that portion. Role: digital design, art direction, some web development.
